Generally working closely alongside their Corporate and Commercial Property colleagues, our Lending and Finance team are meticulous, flexible and responsive in their approach. Whether dealing with transactions involving secured loans, debentures and inter-creditor agreements; mezzanine or bridging finance; or stand-alone facilities, we ensure that each deal is properly and sensibly structured and managed to a timely and successful conclusion.
We understand fully the requirements and processes of banks and institutional lenders and, whether acting for borrower or lender, we apply that knowledge to ensure that any potential issues or concerns are anticipated, and quickly resolved, so that they do not impact negatively on the transaction.
